### Domestic U.S. shipping carriers

We use DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver most orders. Because we work with multiple carriers, our system automatically selects the shipping provider for each order based on factors such as the delivery address, service availability, and other fulfillment considerations.

Once your order ships, you can track it using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and selecting the order from your order history.  
From there, click the **Track Shipment** button to access the carrier’s tracking page and view the latest delivery updates.

  

### When will my order arrive?

**Shipping timelines are calculated from the date your order is fulfilled and packaged, rather than from the date your order is placed.**

Orders placed before the 1:00 PM PST cutoff are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff are typically fulfilled on the next business day.

Please review your shipping address and order details carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been submitted, we’re unable to modify the shipping address or make changes to other order details.

Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM PST, excluding local and national holidays.

  

## Shipping rates within the U.S.

### Standard 

Delivery: 6 to 8 business days

*   **Rewards Essential members:** Free standard shipping on U.S. orders with a subtotal of $75 or more.
*   **Rewards Luxe members:** Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
*   **Non-reward members U.S. orders:** Standard shipping for _$9.95 on all U.S. orders._

### Premium

Delivery: 4 to 6 business days  
_$14.95 for all U.S. orders_

### Express

Delivery: 2 to 3 business days  
_$29.95 for all U.S. orders_

  

### Orders with 30 items or more

Orders containing 30 or more items require an additional 5 business days for processing. Shipping times begin once the order has been fulfilled.  
  

### Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, so you can have your order delivered directly to your designated P.O. Box address. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete and accurate P.O. Box information at checkout to help ensure timely delivery.

  

## Returns & exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges for orders placed within the U.S. Tomboyx covers the cost of shipping the return item(s) back to our warehouse.
